Manager, Regulatory Reporting

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end FFIEC Call Reports filing
• Build and maintain the regulatory reporting framework
• Interpret FFIEC/OCC/FDIC instructions for BNPL reporting
• Monitor changes to regulatory reporting requirements
• Collaborate across Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Compliance, Engineering
• Support regulatory examinations and audits

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in bank regulatory reporting with FFIEC Call Reports
• Deep FFIEC instructions, schedules, and capital calculations
• OCC-regulated bank or de novo reporting experience preferred
• Strong GAAP knowledge bridging GAAP to regulatory reporting
• Proficiency with regulatory reporting software and advanced Excel
• CPA/CFA or related certification preferred; Bachelor's degree required
• Experience using Claude or other LLM tools
