Lead Oscar's regulatory reporting and compliance programs
Oversee development, implementation, and management of programs to meet healthcare regs
Assess alignment of training, SOPs, practices, and external comms
Report to Director, Regulatory Audit & Reporting
Hybrid work in NYC with 3 in-office days per week
Provide updates to exec management and the Board

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
5+ years payer experience
3+ years leading direct reports
3+ years in healthcare with Policies & Procedures
3+ years driving regulatory/compliance audits
3+ years translating regs into procedures
