📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day retail partnerships to drive growth
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Ops, Growth, Finance, Product, Eng
• Surface insights and actions to improve service with retailers
• Lead projects from scoping to execution with timelines
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing tech/marketplace
• Strong quantitative skills; Excel/Google Sheets; SQL preferred
• Active use of AI tools to work smarter and move faster
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and action plans
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders at multiple levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides
