Manager, Revenue & Order to Cash - Finance

📋 Description

• Lead month-end revenue close activities, including revenue journals, deferred revenue schedules
• Own the revenue layer within NetSuite and ensure system reliability, data integrity, and continuous
• Manage the order-to-invoice cycle across multiple billing entities, maintaining accuracy
• Drive improvements in DSO and collections performance by identifying and resolving root causes
• Lead and develop a team of three professionals responsible for billing, cash application, accounts
• Set priorities, make operational decisions, remove blockers, and ensure the team can execute

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in revenue accounting, billing
• Strong understanding of subscription revenue mechanics, including recurring billing, contract
• Solid knowledge of ASPE revenue recognition, particularly Section 3400, within a subscription
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, ideally including Advanced Revenue Management, or an equivalent
• Experience with subscription billing platforms such as Recurly, Zuora, Maxio, or similar solutions.
• Practical knowledge of indirect and sales tax processes in a SaaS environment, including invoice
