Manager, Senior Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and drive execution of commercial leases, service agreements, SaaS agreements
• Identify and evaluate key legal issues in leases and contracts and provide proactive strategic
• Support other Procurement needs and partner with Procurement Director to drive vendor optimization
• Manage landlord and vendor disputes and apply judgment to escalate appropriately
• Support BAYADA’s local service offices’ contracting activities as needed and develop self-service
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to simplify contracting processes, drive

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) year college degree
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school, strong academic credentials, and a license to
• Four (4) or more years of relevant work experience with emphasis on commercial leases and corporate
• Track record of increasing responsibility with positive results
• Strong problem solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present and respond to senior directors
