🎯 Requirements

8+ years in analytics, data engineering, BI, or related fields; 2+ years in people management.
Deep SQL expertise and production-grade data models.
Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift; cloud data platforms.
Strong Python (or similar) for data transformation/automation.
Experience building data products, not just dashboards.
Applied AI/LLMs experience (Cortex, OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
