Manager/Senior Manager, HR Compliance & Employee Relations

📋 Description

• Serve as the firm’s primary HR subject matter resource for multi-state employment compliance, with
• Monitor new and amended federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, assess their
• Lead the annual review and update of the employee handbook, partnering with external employment
• Oversee compliance with workplace posting and notice requirements, including required postings at
• Conduct periodic audits of HR policies, practices, and employee records to identify compliance gaps
• Monitor compliance with applicable federal and state employment requirements, including CFRA, FMLA

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated depth in employment compliance and
• Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations, managing PIPs, and advising leaders on
• Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Demonstrated expertise applying California employment laws and regulations within an HR
• Experience leading end-to-end HR policy development, review, implementation, and communication
