Manager, Site Reliability Engineer (Production Engineering)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of Production Engineers responsible for the reliability, availability, and
• Drive an automation-first culture by guiding the team to eliminate manual toil, improve workflows
• Implement and mature observability practices, including monitoring, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, and error
• Lead high-severity incident response, strengthen response playbooks, and drive deep post-incident
• Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to conduct operability reviews and influence

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging or securing AI-driven
• 8+ years of experience managing reliability, scalability, and availability for large-scale
• 4+ years of people management experience leading engineering, SRE, or Production Engineering teams
• Strong technical background in production engineering, infrastructure, or site reliability, with
• Strong foundation in networking protocols, Linux systems, and distributed architecture
• Experience leading high-stakes incident management in a 24/7 on-call environment
