📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SRE team, owning hiring and mentoring.
• Drive ownership culture, continuous learning, and relentless optimization.
• Own incident response, on-call schedules, and day-to-day production operations.
• Ensure high-quality post-incident reviews and long-term corrective actions.
• Engineer and mature core SRE processes: incident, change, capacity, and problem management.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to embed SRE early in delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 10 years in SRE/DevOps or systems ops, with leadership.
• Incident Commander: hands-on incident response for zero-downtime SaaS.
• Cloud & tools fluency; AWS preferred; monitoring/observability tooling.
• Collaborative leader with cross-functional impact.
