📋 Description

• Lead hands-on: reviewing pull requests, validating pipeline changes, tuning monitors and
• Own availability and performance of production environments across Azure and AWS
• Manage a blended team: hire, onboard, coach, and develop engineers; manage contractor resources
• Lead a distributed team: run one-on-ones, standups, and planning sessions across time zones
• Participate in on-call and act as incident commander for Sev1 and Sev2 events

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Operations
• 2+ years of direct people leadership
• Hands-on production experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure services (SQL, Redis, Service
• Hands-on experience across both Azure and AWS
• Deep observability expertise with Datadog or equivalent
• Proven incident command experience
