📋 Description

  • Develop, mentor, and coach SSU staff to quality standards

  • Provide SME support for Site Start Up activities
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee training, onboarding, and resource access for SSU

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
  • 6+ years in clinical research including SSU experience
  • Leadership and people management experience
  • Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development
  • Experience with CTMS, eTMF, and EDC systems
  • Fluency in English
