🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of software development; recent role as Development Manager or Team Lead
• Strong background in Java, Python, Spring, SQL, and web tech
• Deep understanding of Agile practices and SDLC
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Drive results, manage complexity, and foster high-performance culture
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to deliver software solutions
• Experience with Java Web Apps, Servlets, JSP, Spring MVC, SQL Server
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript; OOP principles; Enterprise software design
