📋 Description

• Lead a team of developers, providing necessary information, connections, tools, and attention for
• Facilitate team ceremonies, status meetings, and planning discussions; prioritize workloads and
• Provide input and technical expertise during design and development phases, including integration
• Triage and prioritize escalated platform, data integration, and data quality issues for timely
• Provide project status updates, trends, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Partner with project stakeholders for timely completion of milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Administration, IT, Business Information Systems, or
• 5+ years as an individual contributor in a Sr Engineering, Sr Product Management, or equivalent
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a software, IT, or equivalent technical
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to deliver time-sensitive projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise-scale CRM, integration, and ETL solutions; direct
