Manager, Solutions Architect (Deployment)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Solutions Architects focused on law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers.
• Drive technical and project guidance to ensure consistent quality and productivity in solution
• Coach and mentor team, fostering innovation, learning, and accountability.
• Analyze IT system architectures to scope and recommend technical solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new Solutions Architects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in solution architecture or related technical leadership roles.
• 1–3 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expertise in solution architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and systems integration.
• Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences including clients.
• Experience in project management and business process analysis.
