• Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability within the team.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, product, engineering to ensure successful integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in solution architecture or related technical leadership.
• 1–3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Expertise in solution architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and systems integration.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in project management and business process analysis.
