Manager, Supplier Industrialization Engineering (Electromechanical)

📋 Description

• Own the technical and quality roadmap across PCBAs, custom wire harnesses, electrical panels, and
• Lead, hire, coach, and manage a team of Supplier Industrialization Engineers
• Drive cross-functional resolution with Design, Reliability, Test, and Global Supply Management to
• Establish and continually improve PPAP, APQP, and SCAR/CAPA frameworks for electromechanical
• Manage supplier capacity planning and performance reviews, aligning resources with production ramp
• Represent supplier industrialization in technology and sourcing roadmap discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in new product development and manufacturing of electromechanical and
• 2+ years leading or managing engineering teams
• BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Deep expertise in PPAP/APQP and supplier quality systems across multiple commodity types
• Proven track record resolving high-impact technical and quality issues and driving CAPA to closure
• Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills
