Develop and roll out scalable processes; streamline ineffective ones.
Manage engineers to drive SE processes and reduce subsystem risk during stage testing.
Ensure requirements align with verification activities to reduce risk.
Capture subsystem test objectives and align stakeholders on how to meet them.
Mentor teammates across departments to reduce technical risk.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field.
5+ years in systems engineering, design, architecture, integration, or T&E.
Full product lifecycle experience on at least one program.
Proven ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
Nice to have: previous people leadership experience.
