🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior-level leadership
• Previous experience leading recruiting teams or talent acquisition functions in a scaling
• Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on recruiting with strategic workforce planning, operational
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to advise, influence, and constructively challenge
• Proven success designing, improving, and scaling recruitment processes, systems, and hiring
• Expertise in structured interviewing, candidate assessment, recruitment analytics, and effective
