📋 Description

• Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of recruiting systems, including applicant tracking
• Build, document, and continuously improve repeatable recruiting processes that can scale with
• Own recruiting data hygiene and reporting, maintaining accurate requisition, candidate, and
• Partner with recruiters to identify operational friction and manual work, then design and implement
• Evaluate and implement new recruiting technologies and AI-powered solutions, managing vendor

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including hands-on experience with recruiting
• 2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional initiatives and workstreams.
• Proven experience building and documenting scalable processes while maintaining strong data hygiene
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday, as well as recruiting and
• Data-driven approach to program management, with experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation, including platforms such as Zapier
