📋 Description

• Lead the design, delivery, success measures and continuous improvement of enterprise learning
• Translate organizational learning priorities into actionable program plans, experiences, and
• Partner with Talent Management, Leader Success, HRIS, Shared Services, DEI, HRBPs, and other
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, timelines, and communications to ensure successful program
• Own the execution and evolution of new hire orientation and immersion programs, delivering a

🎯 Requirements

• 5 yrs experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related People & Culture
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and effective learning
• Experience managing enterprise learning programs, onboarding initiatives, and learning technologies.
• Strong program and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using learning data, feedback, and performance measures to evaluate effectiveness and
• Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions that are scalable and
