๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead regional troubleshooting/QA for programmatic and direct ads.
  • Partner with Product and Sales Training to support launches and training.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize campaigns and fix issues.
  • Partner with buyers and DSPs to troubleshoot campaign delivery.
  • Lead collaboration with global support for high-quality campaign ops.
  • Own regional ticket-based support workflow with quality and SLA standards.
  • Drive QA processes and best practices for programmatic and direct ads.
  • Serve as regional escalation point for complex ad delivery issues.
  • Identify recurring issues and partner with Product, Engineering for long-term solutions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital advertising; 3+ years in programmatic.
  • Experience leading and coaching high-performing technical/operational teams; global partners a plus.
  • Experience in Ad Operations at Publisher/SSP/DSP; DSP a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional relationships with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Strong knowledge of digital ads: ad serving, programmatic buying, delivery, measurement.
  • Experience with ticket-based support or operations systems.
  • Customer-facing experience with stakeholder management under pressure.
  • Adaptable to new systems, platforms, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad verification tools.
