Manager, Technical Program Management

📋 Description

• Partner with department leaders to translate company priorities and milestones into product
• Oversee technical programs for high-volume serial manufacturing, including production readiness
• Coordinate the transition from prototype builds to serial production with engineering
• Work with functional leaders and finance to plan and track headcount, budgets, and other program
• Define and maintain program management processes, operating rhythms, and decision forums.
• Identify risks early, make their impact visible, and coordinate mitigation plans with engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or management consulting.
• 5+ years of experience managing Technical Program Managers.
• Experience with hardware development, manufacturing processes, and production ramp.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers.
