Manager, Technical Services

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing technical services team, supporting both specialized
• Coach and empower team members to manage high-volume portfolios of concurrent enterprise projects
• Develop the operational infrastructure needed to scale technical services, including capacity
• Balance standardization and customization to deliver efficient technical solutions without
• Act as a senior technical escalation point, using knowledge of Workday architecture and complex API
• Participate directly in active integrations when needed, troubleshooting technical roadblocks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in technical consulting, integration services, or technical
• At least 3 years of direct experience managing and scaling teams of technical professionals.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise integrations, including Workday architecture, APIs
• Ability to assess proposed technical solutions, identify risks, and guide consultants through
• Experience translating technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical
• Demonstrated success leading consultants responsible for high-volume portfolios of mid-sized and
