📋 Description

• Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage annual compensation cycles, incentives, and leadership pay modeling.
• Oversee health plan strategy, vendor relationships, and benefits operations.
• Ensure ERISA, ACA, FMLA, and payroll regulation compliance.
• Run payroll for remote workforce across jurisdictions.
• Build and scale the Total Rewards function through process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in compensation, benefits, total rewards with hands-on payroll.
• Multi-state payroll compliance and benefits administration expertise.
• Experience with ADP/Paylocity; HRIS such as BambooHR preferred.
• Deep ERISA, ACA, FMLA, and pay transparency knowledge.
• Able to analyze data, benchmark market, and design equitable rewards.
• Payroll for distributed/remote teams across jurisdictions.
