📋 Description

• Manage the coordination of all aspects of due diligence for new multifamily acquisitions including
• Manage the coordination of all aspects of the disposition process including, preparing for market
• Manage the broker opinion of value (BOV) process including, preparing property materials for
• Manage the review of documents and coordination of due diligence, tours, and third-party vendors.
• Review third party reports and seller provided statements of operations.
• Schedule investment due diligence related to operational performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant real estate experience (asset management, operations, transactions
• Passion for real estate and investing.
• Experience in multi-family real estate and transactions preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of high achievement in demanding professional and academic settings.
• Experience in managing others.

• Expected pay rate of $125,000-$140,000 plus annual target bonus.
