Manager, Visual Inspection Biologics - 1st Shift

📋 Description

• Lead the visual inspection team and maintain full accountability for people, safety, quality
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership across the area, setting clear expectations, promoting open
• Lead daily and weekly operational meetings to review the production schedule, staffing, priorities
• Translate the agreed manufacturing schedule into clear shift and team priorities, coordinating
• Manage, coach and develop team members through regular one-to-one meetings, performance feedback
• Establish and maintain an effective meeting cadence with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Level 8/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering- or science-related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a GMP-regulated function, including demonstrated
• Strong knowledge of visual inspection materials and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
