🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Engineering; master’s preferred.
7+ years in management consulting or financial services (wealth/asset management or related roles).
Deep knowledge of wealth and asset management operations (onboarding, KYC/AML, trade support
Strong communication, problem solving, and leadership skills; ability to guide teams and manage

Base Salary: $140,000–$150,000; annual performance bonus.
