• Lead account-level strategy across complex pharmaceutical organizations, aligning stakeholders
• Translate commercial challenges into business cases tied to revenue growth, productivity
• Design solutions for commercial effectiveness challenges, positioning AI-powered technology as an
• Lead a specialist, cross-functional GTM pod with strategic authority and advisory depth.
• Own segment strategy, strategic wins, revenue growth, and success metrics, ensuring delivered

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in life sciences, pharmaceutical commercial consulting, commercial strategy, or
• Experience at Principal, Partner, Managing Director, or comparable senior leadership within a
• Proven success winning and expanding strategic accounts while owning client outcomes.
• Track record advising senior pharmaceutical executives and influencing multi-million-dollar
• Deep understanding of life sciences commercial ecosystem: SIP, Sales Force Effectiveness, patient
• Knowledge of modern commercial models, omnichannel engagement, Next Best Action (NBA), AI
