📋 Description

• Lead strategic financial crime transformation programmes across AML, Sanctions, and Fraud
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, including remediation programmes and regulatory review
• Design and implement target operating models, controls, and technology solutions across financial
• Identify opportunities for innovation, AI adoption, and cost optimisation across financial crime
• Build senior client relationships, lead business development, and shape market-leading propositions

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in AML, Sanctions Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and wider financial crime
• Strong understanding of financial crime frameworks, including KYC, customer due diligence, risk
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within consulting or financial
• Knowledge of financial crime technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, with an
• Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders, growing client relationships, and leading
