🎯 Requirements

BS in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering; 1+ years hardware exp.
Experience with mechanisms, actuators, and related manufacturing processes.
Self-starter; able to work autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
Knowledge of GD&T and drafting principles.
Nice to have: DFMEA/PFMEA and value stream mapping.
