Manufacturing Engineer II, Integrated Components

📋 Description

• Own and develop manufacturing and test processes for Aeon-R 3D-printed and machined components.
• Improve manufacturability, assembly, and delivery to meet design intent.
• Collaborate with partners to write work instructions, perform root-cause analysis, resolve issues, and reduce lead times.
• Partner with supply chain to manage external suppliers and ensure on-time hardware delivery.
• Work hands-on in a fast-paced, high-mix environment and drive projects to completion.
• Build and lead a cross-functional manufacturing team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 2+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of propulsion, mechanics of materials, and thermal-fluid systems to resolve hardware defects.
• Ability to train technicians, write work instructions and process plans, and drive improvements.
• Vendor management experiencia including supplier selection, defect disposition, and quality.
• Proficiency with additive/subtractive manufacturing, precision inspection, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and FEA (Ansys).
• Experience tooling design using Siemens NX or CAD tools, including conceptualization and fabrication.
