📋 Description

• Own major mechanized assemblies from design release through test and integration on Terran R.
• Develop electromechanical and pneumatic hardware for rocket reuse.
• Collaborate with vehicle design, supply chain, test, and production teams.
• Design tooling and factory layouts for scalable production.
• Mentor manufacturing engineers and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in aerospace/mechanical/manufacturing engineering; 2+ years hardware build.
• Experience writing work instructions and test procedures for assemblies.
• Experience collaborating with design, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and planning.
• Autonomous work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in GD&T and drafting principles.
• NPI experience for aerospace hardware into manufacturing and production.
• Experience leading large process and quality improvements; mentor others.
