Own major mechanized assemblies from design release through test and integration.
Drive build/test flow to ensure efficient, high‑quality production.
Collaborate with design, supply chain, test, and production on electromechanical and pneumatic hardware.
Develop tooling, processes, training technicians, and factory layouts.
Identify and resolve manufacturing issues; lead root cause analysis.
Cross-team iteration to support Terran R program development.

🎯 Requirements

BS degree in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
2+ years building and testing hardware in manufacturing.
Interface with design, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, planning.
NPI experience for aerospace hardware.
Self-starter; thrive in ambiguity; work autonomously.
Knowledge in at least 2: GD&T, DFMEA/PFMEA, VSM.
