Ensure designs meet tolerances and manufacturability.
Own integration processes; work with cross-functional teams.
Lead evaluation of techniques to optimize manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
2+ years in manufacturing for structural builds or related hardware.
Experience with CAD tools: NX, Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA.
Life-cycle structural build experience: lifting, rigging, integration, proof testing.
Knowledge of in-field fabrication: line boring, match drilling, metrology.
Ability to analyze issues and propose manufacturability solutions.
