📋 Description

• Develop and validate stator stacking, winding, termination, and potting processes (Stator Process /
• Design and deliver winding tools, assembly fixtures, inspection gauges, and bench equipment, from
• Plan and execute builds of actuator designs from parts readiness through inspection, rework, and
• Integrate and troubleshoot equipment, addressing operator workflow, material flow, and controls or
• Resolve defects and bottlenecks through measurements and controlled trials; demonstrate
• Release process and tooling documentation, maintain revisions, and train technicians and operators.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in manufacturing processes, tooling, or electromechanical assemblies.
• Ability to work hands-on with technicians, operators, and suppliers.
• Experience using measurements and experiments to distinguish part variation, tooling problems
• Judgment in choosing equipment and automation considering production rate, flexibility, cost
• Strong prioritization and cross-functional collaboration skills.
