Manufacturing Lead (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Lead daily operational execution across assigned manufacturing departments, ensuring alignment with
• Promote a safety-first culture by monitoring safety performance, conducting audits, and
• Coach, mentor, and develop Operators and Area Leads through regular 1:1 discussions, skill
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for quality escalations, driving defect reduction
• Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, and Production Control to manage WIP, material flow, inventory
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 2+ years in a lead, supervisory, training
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, 7S methodologies, and root cause analysis.
• Strong track record of coaching team members, driving cross-functional collaboration, and managing
• Ability to move throughout the manufacturing environment and lift or position materials up to 50
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.
