Manufacturing Supervisor I

📋 Description

• Create an environment where safety is the number one priority in every activity that you do
• Be present on the floor promoting a culture of zero safety incidents in compliance with all EHS
• Responsible for daily effective deployment of team members and ensure tasks are appropriately
• Ensure that team members are trained to the required standards of their job
• Drives engagement with team by having regular 1:1s, conducts performance reviews and has survey
• Ensure time and attendance is approved on time each week so that employees are paid correctly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in sciences or engineering is strongly preferred
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience is strongly preferred
• Packaging experience is preferred
• Two years of manufacturing or related experience required; Supervisor experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other manufacturing systems, such as SAP
• Working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs is required
