Manufacturing Systems Coordinator

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and maintain Manufacturing Systems SOPs, user guides, quick-reference materials
• Own the organization and maintenance of Manufacturing Systems documentation in Confluence, ensuring
• Create and distribute Manufacturing Systems bulletins communicating new Manufacturo features
• Coordinate bi-weekly manufacturing communications across Operational Excellence, Industrial
• Support the development, documentation, implementation, and auditing of Manufacturing Systems
• Partner with area managers and functional owners to audit Production Lines, Work Centers

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, manufacturing support, quality
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production workflows, and shop-floor operations
• Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, work instructions, training materials, process
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate processes and
