📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer travel requests through multiple channels, including phone and email

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.

• Advanced working knowledge of the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including relevant policies, procedures, and
