📋 Description

• Developing and executing strategic plans for market access and value proposition adaptation
• Leading systematic updates and training for integrated field teams
• Managing barriers through identification, classification, and corrective action plans
• Co-leading launch readiness strategies and engagement with decision-makers
• Overseeing hypercare exercises with patient support programs
• Monitoring and refining processes to drive success and maximize portfolio impact

🎯 Requirements

• Business Administrator, Economist, Health Professional or Industrial Engineer degree
• Highly desirable master's in Public Health Administration, Health Economics, MBA or similar
• Fluent in English (oral/written)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in market access, commercial, government affairs, public affairs or
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
