📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the operation's growth, profitability and operational development
• Lead the operation through Group Managers and specialist teams
• Drive market, customer and business development in the region
• Develop long-term customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities
• Ensure successful deliveries within a growing project and contract portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience from Transmission & Distribution, energy infrastructure, energy, industry or
• Managerial experience with personnel, budget and/or results responsibility from energy, industrial
• Experience in business development, sales and strategic customer work
• Proficient in Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Experience from the consultancy role
• Experience from international projects, business or organizations
