📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for physicians and advanced practitioners across assigned
• Source and recruit primary and supplemental healthcare providers using traditional and creative
• Manage prospective candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from identification and
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Medical Directors, physicians, nurse practitioners
• Screen and engage qualified candidates and coordinate candidate reviews with Medical Directors and
• Coordinate interviews and, when appropriate, participate in or manage on-site candidate interviews
