Market Data Lead

📋 Description

• Define and own the market data strategy and roadmap, identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing
• Lead sourcing and negotiations with exchanges, consolidators, and market data vendors, managing
• Partner closely with engineering to manage end-to-end feed onboarding, normalization, symbology
• Establish robust governance across the market data lifecycle, including entitlements, data quality
• Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to assess licensing and redistribution
• Maintain a current view of market data providers, sources, pricing models, partnership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in market data or trading technology within a global brokerage, exchange
• Deep understanding of exchange feeds, vendor products, licensing and redistribution models
• Hands-on experience sourcing and integrating market data across one or more traditional asset
• Strong understanding of feed protocols, data normalization, symbology standards, corporate actions
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management capabilities, including experience managing market data
