• Oversee financial processing of ~8,500 vendor and exchange invoices annually; support budgeting
• Collaborate with Vendor Managers, Exchange Managers, Finance, Accounts Payable, Technology

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years in market data administration, financial operations, accounting, billing, vendor
• Strong financial analysis skills: budgeting, forecasting, accruals, reconciliations, variance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); experience with Market Data Management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple
• Collaborative, detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality financial governance and operational
