• Execute and improve daily market ops procedures for the IEX Options exchange.
• Develop deep expertise in IEX systems, market function, and order types.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Regulatory, and Biz teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in market operations or related trading roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. options market structure and electronic trading.
• Experience building automation tools and data-driven processes.
• Proficiency with Python and scripting; Git experience preferred.
• Comfort with complex data and time‑sensitive environments.
• Willingness to partner with Tech, Compliance, and Business teams.
