📋 Description

• Manages at least one market constituting a state or group of states aligned with a concentrated
• Sets strategic direction for their market(s).
• Responsible for business development and relationship management of external key stakeholders
• Displays a strong 'company first' mentality, lending perspective, thought leadership and
• Active involvement in Market Leadership Meetings/Retreats, Strategy & Priority Meetings, and
• Serves as the point person on key Aledade initiatives where the expertise of a market leader is

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of related experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry.
• 8+ years of management experience and success in leadership roles.
• 5+ years of Value Based Care Experience.
