• Experience in fast-changing, complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of trade surveillance and exception monitoring.
• Solid understanding of financial/trading regulatory frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, results-driven, self-starter who perseveres.
• Proactive, analytical, and high integrity.
• Tableau, Python, and SQL skills are a plus.
