• Become the in-market creative expert: benchmark what competitors are doing in Japan, identify what

• Be AI savvy, from Creative production (GenAI) to productivity and Ops

🎯 Requirements

• Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
• Expert in After Effects — nice to have: 3D software
• Creative with a hacker mindset — you find ways to produce high-impact content fast
• Strong understanding of how creative drives marketing performance (CPI, hook rate, install intent)
• Deep familiarity with Japan's social media landscape and what makes content resonate with Japanese
• At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role; open to more senior profiles
