Marketing Associate

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the financial administration process, accurately plot and record Marketing
• Work with the Brand team to execute internal and external events, managing logistics, venue
• Support the Business Unit Manager and Brand Team with diary management, meeting coordination, and
• Collaborate with the Professional Relationship Manager for HCP support and handle PSA contracting
• Support marketing team with compliance processes (PromoMats and MAP), material withdrawal, and
• Coordinate onboarding of new team members and champion team culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or life sciences, or equivalent professional experience
• Additional marketing qualifications are an advantage but not essential
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Clear, confident communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive approach to process improvement and solution-finding
• Professionalism, accountability, curiosity, and commitment to learning
