📋 Description

• Shape the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Adobe Marketo Engage
• Establish platform governance, standards, and best practices
• Design and implement journey-based marketing programs, lifecycle automation, lead nurturing
• Serve as primary technical consultant for Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success
• Own and optimize the Marketo/Salesforce integration
• Manage integrations with webinar, event, LeanData, live chat, and CMS platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience
• 8+ years of experience administering and architecting Adobe Marketo Engage within complex B2B
• Extensive experience designing enterprise marketing automation strategies, lifecycle programs, lead
• Deep expertise integrating Marketo with Salesforce CRM and enterprise marketing technology platforms
• Demonstrated success establishing platform governance, standards, and operational best practices
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue
